Arbitration.

If, after your ARB hearing, you are not satisfied with the result, you have 45 days to file for binding arbitration. I will be happy to discuss the process with you and explain what arbitration is & how its done. As a registered Property Tax Arbitrator myself, I am very familiar with the process and understand the mistakes that can be made that will seriously impact your ability to make a case. The rules of evidence, at arbitrations, are very strict and can make or break your case.
Remember, I can represent you at the Arbitration hearing, even if you did not use me as your agent at the ARB.
