Our Fee Schedule

Option A

Minimum as part of contingency.

$299 vs. 40% of Gross Tax Reduction* (accounts valued up to $500,000). Owner agrees to pay the greater of $299 or 40% of   the Gross Tax Reduction to Property Tax Consultants for its services. The minimum fee of $299.00 is due with the Representation Agreement. The balance of the fee, if any, not to exceed a total of 40% of the Gross Tax Reduction, is due upon receipt by Owner of invoice from Property Tax Consultants accompanied by a copy of the CAD Settlement Statement.

Option B

Flat Fee

$500 Flat Fee (accounts valued up to $500,000). Owner agrees to pay a fee of $500 to Property Tax Consultants for its     services. This fee is due with the Representation Agreement. This Fee Option is subject to acceptance by Property Tax Consultants.

Option C

Straight Contingency

40% of Gross Tax Reduction* (accounts valued above $500,000). Owner agrees to pay 40% of the Gross Tax Reduction, if any, to Property Tax Consultants upon receipt by Owner of invoice from Property Tax Consultants accompanied by a copy of the CAD Settlement Statement. There is no minimum fee for this Fee Option. This Fee Option is subject to acceptance by Property Tax Consultants.

*Gross Tax Reduction: The total of reduction in appraised value times the estimated tax rates for that year. If the current year’s tax rates are unavailable, the previous year’s tax rate will be used for purposes of the fee calculation. Penalties, interest, fees and other charges imposed by the taxing authorities are the sole responsibility of the Owner and do not reduce the Gross Tax Reduction achieved by Property Tax Consultants on the Owner’s behalf.
