This page describes our optional fee structures and allows you to make a payment to engage us as your agent. You can also make a payment on your account.


Option A

Minimum as part of contingency.

With this option, you pay our minimum fee of $299. which will be deducted from our contingency fee of 40% of Gross Tax Reduction* (accounts valued up to $500,000).  The minimum fee of $299.00 is due with the Representation Agreement. Flat Fee

$500 Flat Fee (accounts valued up to $500,000). with this option, you pay a flat fee of $500. There is no contingency  fee. We will represent you up through the ARB hearing all for one price.Give us a call if you have any questions. 512-246-6161 x114

Straight Contingency

*Gross Tax Reduction: The total of reduction in appraised value times the estimated tax rates for that year. If the current year’s tax rates are unavailable, the previous year’s tax rate will be used for purposes of the fee calculation. Penalties, interest, fees and other charges imposed by the taxing authorities are the sole responsibility of the Owner and do not reduce the Gross Tax Reduction achieved by Property Tax Consultants on the Owner’s behalf.
