1. Initial Consultation - We will meet with you either over the phone, or at our office for a FREE initial consultation. We will review your situation and offer our opinion as to whether you should go forward with your protest.
2. File your protest - We will file your protest in a timely manner, in most cases this is prior to May 31, to insure that your case will be heard.
3. Represent you - We will represent you at the County Appraisal District and the Appraisal Review Board (ARB), at both your informal and formal hearings.
4. Arbitration - If you decide to take your case to Binding Arbitration, we will represent you at your hearing as well as any settlement discussions prior to that hearing.
