The principal of our business is Dennis Sposato. He is a Licensed Property Tax Consultant and a Registered Property Tax Arbitrator.
Mr. Sposato is the owner and Broker of The FrontGate, an independent Real Estate firm, practicing in Austin since 1999. Dennis has been in the Real Estate profession for many years. He holds a Broker's license in two states, Texas and Florida. Dennis has been active in the North Austin market for the last 9 years serving both buyers and sellers. He is a specialist in residential investment Real Estate and works diligently to find property for investors that will meet, and often exceed, their financial goals. He approaches each transaction with dedication, integrity and a sense of humor, and works in partnership with each client to ensure that he or she is as prepared and as competitive as can be in the current market. Mr. Sposato is HUD and VA certified and has many VA and REO listings.
Dennis learned his negotiation skills while serving as a Vice President of Centrust bank, his people skills from owning a farm and raising Quarter Horses, and his drive and determination during the years he spent as a Private Investigator. He also spent much time in the IT industry where his analytical skills were a great asset. He developed and marketed a PC security product, known as "SoftSafe", which was adopted by many fortune 500 companies.
EDUCATION:
Mr. Sposato is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), an Accredited Seller's Representative (ASR), an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), a Certified Internet Professional (e-PRO) and a Certified-Consumer Real Estate Consultant (C-CREC). He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. He is a Registered Instructor for The Texas Real Estate Commission and an IBM Certified Instructor. In addition to teaching his own classes, Dennis also attends many Real Estate related seminar's and classes in a continuing effort to advance his knowledge to provide the finest quality service to his clients.
PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS:
Mr. Sposato is a member of the Austin Board of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, the National Association of Real Estate Consultants, the Seller Agency Council and the Real Estate Buyer's Agency Council. Dennis is also a member of the Austin Board of Realtors Professional Standards Committee.
